Our Red Devon steers are certified organic and are rotationally grazed on pasture from April to October. In the winter months they are fed organic hay and baleage. While our beef are totally grain free, they still have beautiful marbling, as that is a characteristic of the Red Devon breed. We opt for grain-free beef, as studies have found that beef raised in this manner is higher in Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
½ Beef usually weighs in around 400-ish pounds. We are asking $6.25/lb + processing fee.
***The $100 deposit fee reserves your ½ and will be deducted from what you owe after we find out the hanging weight. **
